2 – bottles Field Stone Bumbleberry Fruit Wine

1 – litre apple juice

4 – cinnamon sticks

10 cloves

Peel from 1 orange

Peel from 1 lemon

Combine cinnamon sticks, cloves and apple juice, bring to a simmer, simmer 15 minutes.  Slowly add wine and peel and heat again, without boiling, for 5-10 minutes to develop flavours.  Strain and serve in heatproof glasses or mugs.  Use a cinnamon stick as a stirrer if you wish, and if you like it a little sweeter, add some sugar!
