Field Stone Cocktails


Money Penny Martini

3 parts Vodka
1 part Field Stone Raspberry Dessert Wine
1 part Cranberry Juice

Pour ingredients into a shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Serve into chilled martini glasses. Garnish with a fresh raspberry.


Red Beard Martini

5 parts Vodka
4 parts Crème de Cacao
1 part Field Stone Raspberry Dessert Wine

Pour ingredients into a shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into chilled martini glasses. Garnish with a lemon twist.


Raspberry Cooler Martini

2 parts Field Stone Raspberry Dessert Wine
1 part Vodka
2 parts Pink Lemonade

Pour ingredients into a shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into chilled martini glasses. Garnish with raspberries.


The Kir-Tini

2 parts Field Stone Black Currant Dessert Wine
1 part Vodka
1 part Grapefruit Juice
1 splash of Lime Juice

Pour ingredients into a shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into chilled martini glasses. Garnish with a lime twist.


The Flirtini

3 parts Vodka
1 part Field Stone Saskatoon Dessert Wine
4 parts Champagne
1 splash Pineapple Juice

Pour ingredients into a shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into chilled martini glasses. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and Saskatoon berries.


Field Stone Cosmopolitan

4 parts Vodka
4 parts Field Stone Saskatoon Dessert Wine
1 part Triple Sec
1 part lime juice

Pour ingredients into a shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into chilled martini glasses. Garnish with Saskatoons.


Purple Flame

1 part Vodka
1 part Field Stone Saskatoon Dessert Wine

Pour ingredients into a shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into chilled martini glasses. Garnish with Saskatoons or blackberries.


Cherry Bomb

1 part Vodka
1 part Field Stone Wild Black Cherry Dessert Wine

Pour ingredients into a shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into chilled martini glasses. Garnish with a cherry.


Chokecherry Crantini

3 parts Field Stone Wild Black Cherry Dessert Wine
2 parts Cranberry juice
1 splash of Lime Juice

Pour ingredients into a shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into chilled martini glasses. Garnish with a lime twist.


Strawberry Martini

2 parts Field Stone Strawberry Dessert Wine
1 part Vodka
1 splash Strawberry liqueur

Pour ingredients into a shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into chilled martini glasses. Garnish with a strawberry.


Aviation Martini

6 parts Gin
4 parts Lemon juice
2 parts Field Stone Wild Black Cherry Dessert Wine

Pour ingredients into a shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into chilled martini glasses. Garnish with lemon slice.


Red Velvet Martini

2 parts Vodka
1 part Chambord
1 part Field Stone Wild Black Cherry Dessert Wine

Pour ingredients into a shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into chilled martini glasses. Garnish with a lemon twist.




Field Stone Sangrias


Bumbleberry Sangria

1 bottle (750 ml) Field Stone Bumbleberry Wine
3 cups pink lemonade
3 cups white cranberry juice
1 cup of saskatoons

Mix together, pour over ice.


Summer Strawberry Sangria

1 bottle (750 ml) Field Stone Strawberry-Rhubarb Wine
¼ cup white sugar or apple juice concentrate (opt)
1 ½ cups strawberry lemonade
4 shots Field Stone Strawberry Dessert Wine
1 shot brandy (optional)
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup club soda

Mix well and add ice just before serving.


Raving Raspberry Sangria

1 bottle (750 ml) Field Stone Raspberry Fruit Wine
½ lemon, cut in wedges
½ orange, cut in wedges
½ lime, cut in wedges
1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
splash of orange juice
2 Tbsp. Sugar or apple juice concentrate (opt)
2 shots Field Stone Raspberry Dessert Wine
2 shots Raspberry Vodka
4 cups club soda

Mix well and chill overnight for optimum flavour.


Cheery Cherry Sangria

1 bottle (750 ml) Field Stone Cherry Fruit Wine
¼ c. sugar or apple juice concentrate (opt)
1 c. orange juice
½ lemon, sliced
½ lime, sliced
2 shots Wild Black Cherry Dessert Wine
½ liter club soda

Mix together and chill. Add club soda just before serving.


Black Currant San-kir-a

1 bottle Field Stone Black Currant Fruit Wine
½ cup Field Stone Black Currant Dessert Wine
1 cup fresh peaches, sliced
1 cup blackberries
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 ½ cups club soda
1 cup orange juice
2 shots Grand Marnier

Mix together and chill. Add club soda just before serving.
