Yes, it’s true.  Field Stone Fruit Wines is proud to announce that as of April 20, 2013, our products are more readily available than ever before.

Co-op Wine Spirits Beer now has Alberta’s popular fruit wines and dessert wines on the shelf in their many fine stores.

As many of you know, over the past few years Co-op has been a leader in the push to provide more local products to local shoppers.  Recently, Co-op has partnered with Localize Your Food, an initiative that provides customers with easy access to information about what’s most local in every department of the store.  Shelf labels identify local and regional foods, and assign items with a score between zero and 10, with 10 being considered the most local.  Although we are not yet rated, Field Stone is hoping to score a perfect 10!   We’ll keep you posted on that front.
