Strawberry Fruit Soup3/4 cup ricotta cheese

1/4 cup half and half cream

1 cup crushed fresh strawberries

1/3 cup strawberry preserves

1/4 cup Strawberry Dessert Wine

Place cheese in blender and blend til smooth.  Blend in cream, strawberries, preserves and wine.

Chill at at least 2 hours or up to 8 hours.

May garnish with sliced strawberries and/or mint leaves.
